This charming plot of land is located nearby in a picturesque village only 27 km away from the beautiful sea resort town of Nessebar and 30 km from the top attractive Sunny Beach resort. The town of Nessebar has about 10,000 inhabitants and extends over a small peninsula which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It lies 37 km northeast of Bourgas – the 4th biggest city in Bulgaria with a port and an international airport available. Its beach is considered to be one of the finest along the Black Sea coast due to a large sandy strip of land between the town and the village of Ravda, covered with clean golden sand. The abundance of uniquely preserved historic buildings in Nessebar prompted UNESCO to inscribe Nesebar on its list of World heritage sites in 1983. It has existed for more than 9,000 years. Nessebar is best known for the old town on the peninsula. No one can say for sure whether the isthmus is natural or man-made. The largest number and best known buildings date from 11th to 14th centuries almost all of them churches in the so called "picturesque" style: walls intersected by pilasters and lunettes, with stone, brick and ceramic ornaments and arches along the cornice. Christ Pantokrator church (10th - 11th c.) Some of the churches have stunningly beautiful facades and interiors and are among the best preserved ones in the Balkan Peninsula. The oldest one is the Sveti Ioan Krastitel (St.John the Baptist, 10th -11th century. Today the old part of the town has regained its original romantic atmosphere: enchanting narrow cobblestone lanes, tiny squares, authentic two-storey houses with stone-built ground levels and wooden upper floors jutting above the streets and external staircases, gift shops, pubs, tavern and lovely flower gardens which create for the guests of the town unforgettable pleasurable atmosphere. Close to the village itself there are two picturesque lakes and the fans of fishing will have excellent opportunities to rest. The properties here are attractive indeed because of its proximity to the sea and the prestigious sea resorts.
