(2007-05-08) Azerbaijani property Prices on Apartments Lease In Capital of Azerbaijan Increased by 0.1% in April, 2007
The prices on Azerbaijan apartment for rent in April, 2007 increased by 0.1%, a message being dissiminated by the public organization – “Real Estate Market Participants” says.
In the reporting period, the average price for leasing apartments in the first and second zones of the City (Baku Downtown and city districts close to the center of the Capital) reached $614.
The price of leasing of commercial spaces in the reporting period increased by 0.9 % and made up $21 per 1 square meter that can be explained by a season nature.
Regarding the market of commercial lands, as compared with march, 2007, the corresponding prices on the lands increased by 1.8 % and reached $2500 per 1 square meter. Relative to all the rest sectors of the real estate market, the growth of package of proposals, as well as activity of this sector of the real estate market has been linked with season indicators.
