Foreign investors are interested in Provadia Region for building a village in honour of a Denmark businessman. The project foresees building of a small village, where each building will have the specific look of one of the European capitals. Money was given for the growth of Provadia’s youth and for new computer techniques.
The municipality of Provadia is also modernizing the region to make it more attractive to other investors.
The Development Plan of the region includes modernizing and developing the road network and different road equipment, building of new roads for developing an agricultural and a forest network and also making the access to historical and cultural landmarks easier by repairing the existing roads. In this direction there are going to be built special systems for reducing the negative influence to environment.
Other important things that are included in the Development plan are building and rehabilitation of the electric network and providing for the economic development of the business areas and the urban territories.
The municipality has а plan for brand new equipment for the use of alternative energy like the energy of wind, sun and water. The municipality also stimulates using ecologically clean fuels.
Provadia’s town council develops the region in order to make it more attractive for investors. The interest in Provadia is due to the beautiful nature, quickly improving economy and low prices for properties.
